1. Stop the Unjustified Killing of Montana's Wolves

6,000 people bought licenses for a chance to kill one of Montana's 625 wolves this hunting season, which has been extended and will leave pregnant and nursing females in danger of being killed this spring. Unfortunately, the state has no scientific basis to continue with the slaughter at the rate its going and wolves there are in serious danger. 

Please sign the petition asking state officials to stop the unjustified killing of wolves in Montana.

2. Help End the Use of Live Animals in Military Training

The BEST Practices Act would end the use of live animals for research for both combat and trauma training in the military and save thousands of lives from unnecessary suffering. While there are a variety of humane alternatives to teach military personnel that are being used by both civilian and military facilities, the Department of Defense has failed to abandon the archaic practice of using live animals. 

This is the third time this bill has been introduced, please send a letter to your representative asking them to support this legislation and get it passed.

3. Support an Animal Abuse Hotline in Florida

Animal abuse is obviously a serious issue that needs serious attention and is often combined with other types of problems that communities should be concerned about. Reporting situations via an animal abuse hotline could not only get help for animals in distress, but would also make communities safer and add to a record of offenses that could be used in prosecutions.
