1. Tell the USFWS to Protect Wolves

Despite their continued struggle to survive and the fact that more than 1,200 have been brutally slaughtered since they lost protection in the Rocky Mountains and Great Lakes regions, the USFWS is drafting a proposal that would remove Endangered Species Protection from nearly all wolves, which wolf advocates believe will be a total disaster.

Please send a letter to USFWS Director Dan Ashe asking that wolves remain protected under the ESA.

2. End Gas Chamber Euthanasia in Texas

Animal advocates in Texas are supporting bills that would end gas chamber euthanasia in the state. There has already been a change in attitudes towards ending this inhumane practice and several counties have stopped using gas chambers in the past few years.

Please sign the petition supporting an end to the outdated practice of using gas chambers to euthanize homeless pets.

3. Tell Oklahoma Not to Legalize Horse Slaughter

Oklahoma is currently on track to overturn its state ban and legalize horse slaughter, despite objections from animal advocates, horse lovers and residents who don't want to see this industry in their state for a variety of reasons.

Please sign the petition asking Oklahoma lawmakers not to support legislation that would open the door to allowing this barbaric practice.
