1. Stop the Burning of a Live Bull

Toro Jubilo takes place every year in Medinaceli, a province of Soria, Spain and involves putting pitch on a bull's horns and setting them on fire, leaving the bull to suffer as he tries relentlessly to escape the flames. This sadistic form of cruelty has no place in modern day society regardless of cultural history.

2. Tell the NYPD to Keep Horses out of OWS Protests

Recently, the NYPD brought horses into an Occupy Wall Street Protest in Times Square, NYC. While police horses are trained to cope with stressful situations, their presence further riled the crowd and could have lead to a serious accident for either horses or protesters.

Sign the petition telling Mayor Bloomberg that horses should not be used to control peaceful protests.

3. Tell the USDA to Stop Killing Beavers

Beavers aren't just cute, they play a crucial role in the ecosystem. Unfortunately, the USDA wants to use taxpayer dollars to kill beavers in New Mexico. Thus far, they've killed an estimated 230,000 in the U.S., thanks in part to complaints from farmers.

Send a letter to the USDA telling them that lethal control methods are an unacceptable way of dealing with complaints.
