C is for Corduroy Cat pillow

This is my August challenge entry. I decided C is for a "corduroy cat" pillow. We just adopted a kitty from our local animal shelter so I've been doing all type's of kitty crafts.

This pillow measures 7"x 7" and is lightly stuffed with poly-fiberfill. The kitty on the front is a denim applique pattern that I painted with acrylic paint. It's hand sewn onto the corduroy and has seed bead detail around the body for a little added sparkle.

This little pillow would make a nice accessory for a child's room or the living room sofa.
